The Spirit of Ballet
Commissioned by The Royal Opera House to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the founding of The Royal Ballet, the Aspirations range captures the spirit of ballet in light, delicate tones with a hint of fun and the exuberance of youth.
Available in three vitreous enamel colours – Ivory, Mauve or Powder Blue – applied over sterling silver, each Aspirations pen incorporates a ballerina icon engraved into the precious metal body of the pen. Translucent enamel is then applied over the engraving using exactly the same techniques as those perfected by Carl Fabergé more than 100 years ago, to create a stunning finish (you can find about this age-old process here).
