Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on most goods and services within the

countries within the European Union. Orders sent to addresses anywhere
else in the world will not be subject to VAT but they may be subject to
local taxes and customs charges which are the recipients
responsibility. For customers with a delivery address within the EU, VAT
charges on your purchases will be itemised on your invoice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Onoto Pen Company Limited complies with the Distance Selling
Directive and UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. It
is a cornerstone of our business that any item purchased may be returned
within 30 days for a full refund without question. If you have placed an
order which has not been fulfilled, you may cancel it at any time prior
to delivery, without penalty.
Returns Policy
If you find the products you have bought are not as you had expected, or

that stage. If you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase
price as soon as the goods have been returned. If you wish to replace
the item, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Our
guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
